Established in 2010, the Rural Ontario Institute (ROI) was created through the amalgamation of The Centre for Rural Leadership (TCRL) and The Ontario Rural Council (TORC).
ROI delivers programs that develop strong leaders who are critical voices around opportunities and key issues facing rural and northern Ontario.

How Do I join ROI Connect
To become a registered user of ROI Connect we invite you to create an account by visiting https://www.roiconnect.ca/register
Once registered you will receive an email verifying your new account. This verification email is time sensitive and will require a response within one day.
How do I join a conversation?
As a registered user, you are invited to join any groups of interest to you. Access to group discussion forums is restricted to logged in users only. To join a group conversation please log in to your account by visiting: Log In | ROI Connect
How do I become a community Leader
Get in touch with us if you have a project you want to share with your community and the world! We would love to hear about the work you are doing in your rural Ontario community. Project leaders are ROI collaborators who enter into a partnership agreement that establishes a working relationship.
What is a Partnership Agreement
A partnership agreement fosters healthy relationships when engaging in communities via the platform. It defines the project/community relationship and how the site can be used to reach your community members.
