Hello! I'm Kelsey, the Leadership Programs Coordinator with the Rural Ontario Institute (ROI). I support the planning, development and delivery of ROI's leadership programs and workshops, including the Rural Change Makers Program and the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program.

I have a background in biology, specifically plant ecology, ecological restoration, and cannabis research. I hold a B.Sc. in Ecology from Laurentian University, a M.Sc. in Biology from the University of Guelph, and I am a Certified DiSC Practitioner.

I'm from a rural community in Simcoe County and I live with my husband Vansh and cat Mango. I have a passion for fostering connections that support resiliency and leadership in agricultural and rural communities.
