Co-founded Rural Enterprise Trust of Zimbabwe (RETZ), a non-profit based in Zimbabwe which seeks to promote sustainable economic development amongst rural communities for improved incomes, nutrition and food security. RETZ seek to strengthen the capacities of rural marginalized communities through provision of advisory and training services, facilitating knowledge development, networking, and advocating for policies and reforms that create an enabling environment for supporting thriving rural development. We are advocating for and creating a strong network of young people and ambassadors to participate in rural economy and be drivers and advocates for local policy changes and enabling environment.
