Building Community Leaders

“OAAS (Building community leaders) is one of the best workshops I’ve ever experienced. It was a captivating event with presenters that were very confident and inspiring The dialogue between members of various societies made this event a tremendous success. This workshop is a must for every member of our society It will bring unity and clarity to our board with the wealth of knowledge it offers At our next meeting, I would like to have a few moments to express what I have gained from this workshop to the members of our society and the importance of attending future workshops.”

“I learned how to better flex my style and preferences to support other team members, and to better understand how I can elicit feedback and comments from the team.”

Building Community Leaders

“I learned that acceptance of all different personalities and problem-solving ideas are what make boards unique and more likely successful towards end goals.”

Building Community Leaders

“I have learned the knowledge and understanding behind my style and others’ styles. With this knowledge I can now build tools that will fit the scenarios and groups we have, with the confidence to implement it.“

Building Community Leaders

“I am more aware of how some of my members may feel from my style of leadership. I am more aware of how to work with others of a different DiSC style than me.”
