Paving the Way

“My dad was an engineer. When I was young I really wanted to be like him. But I didn’t see anyone like me in that industry, which ulimately led to my decision to NOT enter the trades. I want to help young women and girls interested in the trades find a pathway to enter the industry and access those good jobs.”
